Basic purpose
This labeling machine is specially designed with specificity, specifically for flat labeling of cards. After familiarizing oneself with this device, it can be applied to flat labeling of other products.

Analysis of Labeling Process
Product placement → Material sorting → Conveying → Product testing → Labeling and covering → Conveying → Receiving
(1) Place the product onto the conveyor belt.
(2) The product is separated into individual pieces by the sorting mechanism
(3) The product is driven by the conveyor belt and automatically moves towards the labeling mechanism on the right side.
(4) Entering the detection position, the electric eye detects the product, and the measured signal is fed back to the PLC.
(5) The traction motor rotates, sends out the label, and attaches it to the product.
(6) Products that have been labeled are transported forward.
(7) The product falls on the receiving mechanism
